Chateau de Pierre de Bresse

Located in the heart of the Bresse region of Burgundy, the Château de Pierre-de-Bresse is an imposing 17th-century residence, formerly owned by the Thiard family. Since the 1980s, it has housed the Écomusée de la Bresse Bourguignonne (Bresse Burgundy Ecomuseum), an institution that brings to life the history, crafts, and folk traditions of this unique region, nestled between the Saône and Jura rivers.
