Aura Invalides

From a technical standpoint, AURA is a technological marvel. The show uses high-definition laser projectors that perfectly follow the contours of the stone, the sculptures, and the paintings on the dome. The aim is not to recount French history in a traditional, academic way, but to evoke the "aura" of the place through three movements: construction, collective memory, and elevation. From a tourist perspective, it's one of the most original nighttime experiences in Paris. Entry is only possible via Place Vauban (Dome side). It's an excellent way to see Les Invalides from a modern, less "museum-like" perspective. However, be aware that the route includes stairs and there are no restrooms on site.
