Chateau de Saint Martin de Pallieres

Perched high on a rocky outcrop, the Château de Saint-Martin-de-Pallières serves as a historic lookout in the heart of "Green Provence." Originally a medieval fortress, it was transformed into a grand residence in the 17th century for the Vintimille family. It is famous for its massive architecture and hanging gardens, which offer 360° views of Mont Ventoux and the Sainte-Victoire mountain.
